Disgusting how they treat the guests here. We have arrived to Hurghada after 11pm but the hotel was informed in advance about our late arrival. When we arrived to the hotel the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. We have booked two room for only 1 night (as we spent our holiday in a different hotel - LUCKILY) due to our late arrival but the receptionist couldn't find only 1 reservation and even that we showed our reservation and the confirmation that both room has been paid for he said he doesn't know who expedia is. We contacted Expedia and the agents were extremely helpful to get us our room. They called and e-mailed the hotel with our details but the receptionist was rude to the Agent too and was not willing to read the e-mail he has received from Expedia. Receptionist said, he can give us a room if we pay $250 for the night per room and said IF they find our reservation in the morning than they will refund us the money. We wanted to speak with a manager who refused to speak with us even tho he was sitting in the back office behind the reception. We refused to pay the $250 per room for the night (we booked it for £45 per room originally) and we didn't want to end up to get $500 short in case they refuse to pay us in the morning.. If the receptionist couldn't find the reservation at night there is no way he would find it in the morning. Cheap hotel and lying, extremely rude staff!
