"Extremely comfortable. Every area feels spacious, and I really appreciated the furniture and interior styling. The very high ceiling, modern design and overall colour palette work beautifully together. The living room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide open view. Sitting there for dinner with a candle lit was incredibly relaxing. It gives you exactly that feeling of: this is what a home in Iceland should feel like. One major advantage of being in a geothermal area is having plenty of hot water for showers. The bathroom also has a separate door leading directly to a private outdoor hot tub, which is incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, we did not manage to make proper use of it this time. Next time, I am definitely making time for it. The only thing I could not figure out was how to switch on the heated towel rack. But that is nowhere near enough to stop me giving this place a 10 out of 10."
