Beach Access, views

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this property is in a great location especially for access to beach for toddlers which made our stay enjoyable, the home could use some simple maintenance to make the stay more pleasurable. Certain doors, windows and sliders unable to be opened to enjoy the waterside breezes. Outdoor amenities listed were not available-the outdoor patio and firepit furniture and swing-some items stored in garage even though it was June, outdoor shower shut off. While the kitchen appliances are top grade, the kitchen is not well equipped with utensils or pots for cooking especially if you have a full house Linens/towels were basic and need some updating--plenty of beach towels but bath towels were limited. The house is spacious and plenty of room for guests to find a quiet nook or enjoy one of the tvs. Enjoyed watching the boats from the window go by especially in the evening. A good choice for large family vacation close to restaurants and town, if they focus on fixing some items would be a 5 star spot.
