While the hotel rooms had very comfortable beds, the rooms need some serious refurbishment specially to the woodwork in the rooms and the toilets and showers etc in the rooms.The free breakfast mentioned on the Hotels.com site is absolute lies as the hotel does not offer it with this package (superior room). When I decided to pay for the breakfast and went for the same, every item of food was absolutely cold even though I was the first breakfast customer. Walked out from breakfast in 2 mins. Management have tried hard to be helpful, had us move rooms when the wi-fi wasn't working well in first room. Breakfast is pretty good - and the location is good for getting rickshaws easily to many sites. Upon their arrival they were told there is no record of such a reservation. Then I had to get on the phone with the staff to explain that the booking is via Expedia and had to forward an email just to prove that there is a valid reservation.
