Come enjoy a vacation where all you need to think about is kicking back and relaxing. We offer a plethora of amenities. To start, the hot tub. Which seats up to 8 people and has 6 jetted seats. The fire pit is perfect for enjoying the company with all your favorite people or a s'more if you so choose. Backyard offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Wellsville mountains. Head inside for a movie night, in the cozy theatre room with surround sound. Or play a game on the Nintendo Switch

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1: King bed which is adjustable, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower that has dual shower heads. Has a walk-in closet and a 75 inch smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, hall bathroom with stand-alone shower. Includes a 55 inch smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, is adjustable. Hall bathroom with shower/bathtub. Includes 55 inch smart TV.

Bedroom 4: Bunk room with four twin beds, hall bathroom with shower/bathtub. Includes 44 inch smart TV.

-Includes smart thermostat in hallway

BASEMENT
-Theatre room includes 120 inch projector screen, Nintendo Switch, popcorn bar, bottled water in fridge, and some candy
-Children's Nook underneath the stairs. Includes children's books, a little table, 2 chairs and Legos. A little couch to sit and read.
-Gym includes treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, exercising machine, yoga mat, and some adjustable dumbbell weights.

Guest access
The doors that are locked are off limits, except for the gym, which is also locked to make sure kids don't use it as their play area. The gym is marked, and is located down in the basement. The key will be hung up on the key hook in the mudroom.
Other things to note
Something special that we offer is a breakfast and Coffee bar. There are 3 kinds of cereal options, oatmeal packets, pancake mix. Keurig DUO machine has a variety of coffee pod options with individual creamer packs.
For the theatre room, we have butter and kettle corn popcorn, some water bottles in the mini fridge, and some candy options to choose from for a real theatre experience.

Excellent Home with Great Amenities
Took the family here for a weekend getaway while our home is being built. My wife and I stayed here a year ago for my birthday and it was awesome then too. Home is clean and FULL of amenities! So many things to do and use. Our kids (4 of them 8-15) loved the hot tub and theater. My wife and I really appreciated the adjustable bed and very comfortable mattress in the Master. Hosts are great and attentive. Would highly recommend this place.

Fun house in Hyrum Utah
House is clean and cozy, and has a great home theater. About an hour away from bear lake. Backyard is nice, but not quite as private as the pics make it look. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the host made everything simple and easy.

All The Right Finishing Touches
My kids say it’s the funnest house we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts had all the right amenities/activities to make staying in their home a great time for our family. Theater room was a hit (especially the arcade machine and treats). The Hot tub was the perfect way to wind down in the evening. Gym is top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Great Stay + Location!
This place was a great choice for our group! The movie room was great, only thing I would change is that the couch pieces do not stay together. The gym was convenient, and the hot tub was a great addition. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Great Property with fantastic amenities
My wife rented this property for the 2 of us for a surprise birthday weekend for me. The home is recently built and nice. The hot tub was just what we needed to help us relax. The bed in the master (didn’t try any of the others) is VERY comfortable with an adjustable base. I don’t know why more rentals don’t do this. It makes for a great night sleep regardless of what bed you’re used to. The theatre was really cool, although, the couch was a bit uncomfortable. We had one minor cleanliness problem when we arrived but the property manager took care of it immediately and made it up to us. Overall, this a great property with great amenities! Would love to stay here again in the future.
