"Exceptional Stay at Iberostar Santa Eulalia: Personalized Service and Stunning Views From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our experience at the Iberostar Santa Eulalia was absolutely delightful. This hotel truly excels in delivering world-class hospitality, making our holiday memorable and special. The level of service we received was exceptional—truly above and beyond. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful surprise they arranged for my husband's birthday: we returned to our room to find a delicious birthday cake and a lovely bottle of wine waiting for him. That kind of personalized attention is rare and made us feel so valued. Thank you to the whole team for that incredibly thoughtful gesture! Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed with a lovely view.
