"Exactly what we were looking for for a nights sleep mid road trip. Clean, simple, comfortable room and good service. The man at check in was very friendly and helpful (even offered to help carry luggage because I was so tired looking and we were on the top floor). Room was clean with newer amenities (fridge, desk, etc). Rain shower head was a nice bonus. Bed was comfy. Blanket is a little thin so don’t be dumb like us and forget to turn the heater on this time of year when temps drop below freezing (once we turned on the heater it warmed right up). All in all a good experience for the price, couldn’t have asked for more. Traveler tip if you haven’t stayed in Grants before- the train and highway run past every establishment in town so bring your earplugs. "

"All amenities were there as stated in the listing.The inside of the house and yard were as shown in the listing pictures. The bedrooms had comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The heating available in the living room, the back bedroom and the bathroom were a plus. The neighborhood was quiet with trains that can be heard in the distance but far enough that it doesn't keep you awake. The backyard is great for those bringing a dog, it was totally fenced in. The house was close to where our friends live so it was very convenient for us. Restaurants and stores were a short driving distance away. Would stay here again. "
