"The stay experiences this time was very bad, the fire alarm was ON at 5:00 am in the early morning, everyone went out for fire evacuation. After 20 minutes, we went back to the room and the fire alarm kept to ON every 30 minutes until 9am. It was so annoying and really can't sleep from 5am to 9am ..."

"Nice location, arrived and found out no coffee machine in the house, and bathroom door was not working properly, we had very good communication with the host, had a new coffee machine arrived and the door was fixed in a day or two."

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. ..."
