Personalet var imødekommende og venlige, det eneste minus der var at det var lidt forvirrende at der både var morgenmad til hotel gæsterne og brunch til folk der kom udefra (weekend) og det var ikke helt til at gennemskue at der var en del af buffeten, som kun var til brunch gæsterne. “We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts.”
