Absolute have to avoid if you have any kind of mobility limitation, olders adults and childrens. Property have zillions stairs to move any place throughout the building. The only one floor elevator from the entrance to lobby DO NO HAVE INTERIOR DOORS!! AND EXTERIOR DOORS CAN BE OPEN ANY TIME THE ELEVATOR IS NOT IN THE FLOOR!! NOTE: Otherwise the property is a historic unique place whit lovely architecture design.

The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. It was an old building but well maintained and the staff was very nice professional and helpful. The beach was I block away. Look for Marcel restaurant and ask for Enrique!
