Petra and Thallasa are situated above the beach village of Plataria, offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Plataria and the neighboring island of Corfu. The port of Igoumenitsa is a mere 10 km away, while Syvota, with its array of excursion possibilities, is just 8 km away. Within a radius of 20 km, there are numerous interesting places to explore.

Our villas have been thoughtfully designed, respecting the traditional architecture to seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings. The combination of timeless charm and modern splashes of color creates an inviting atmosphere.

Located just a few meters from the turquoise sea of the Plataria bay, the villas provide magnificent views of the stunning waters of the Ionian Sea, ensuring an unforgettable stay characterized by relaxation and a positive sense of well-being.
This excellent Villa Avra (93qm) is located in a very large plot of land near the village of Plataria (1300 m) with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Plataria and the opposite island of Corfu. The entire complex has 2 villas (Villa Avra and Galini). The Villa Avra consists of 2 levels, which can be reached from an internal staircase. The basement level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are the very well organized kitchen with dining area and the living room. The villa has balcony and veranda with panoramic views and garden furniture and a shared pool with deck chairs and parasols.
