“Il lodge é favoloso, nuovo e con un personale davvero accogliente. Le stanze sono delle bellissime tende ben arredate e il cibo é il migliore che abbiamo gustato durante il nostro safari. “Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with……

“repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days.”

Daniel se encargó de que no faltara nada y estuvo disponible 24 horas. El chef Cali, al saber que somos mexicanos, nos personalizó nuestro menú a comida mexicana. Sin duda es la primera vez que me dio tristeza irme de un hotel 10/10”
