The staff was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The location was convenient and everything we needed was easily accessible. There is a 711 on the side of the hotel and Lawson across the street. There's a roof top also which is very nice at night. And the of course the bar below it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport. I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time. 2 travelers, 4 nights, 2 bed (corner) on the 4th floor. "Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up.
