Modern 3 Bedroom Bungalow with Fantastic Views Over the Bay of Combe Martin

St Crispin's is a 3 bedroom bungalow which sleeps 7. It also has a travel cot, high chair, booster seat etc for a baby.

New furnishing and flooring and recently decorated.

A large kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal. Utility room held off of the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and sink. Access to the garden through the utility room. Large, bright and airy lounge with beamed ceiling and access to the balcony.

The lounge and balcony have a spectacular view over the sea and Combe Martin, the balcony is the perfect place to sit and eat your fish and chips and watch the world go by.

Double bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room, large double shower, toilet and basin. There is plenty of space for the additional single chair bed in this room, perfect for a child but big enough for an adult too.

Two other twin bedrooms situated either side of the main bathroom, which has a bath with a power shower over the bath, basin and toilet.

All bedrooms contain wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your use.

5th visit and just as lovely
This was our fourth visit to the bungalow and just as enjoyable as previous visits. The weather was not quite up to scratch but we still spent several evening on the balcony watching the world. As in my other reviews I do warn people that the hill from the beach to the house is Steep!

Lovely house in a lovely location
We had a lovely stay at St Crispins. The house had everything we needed, and more (like foil, hand soap, dishwasher). Thighs definitely got a good workout walking down and up the hill several times a day walking the dogs down to the beach! Great communication with Alix.

We have just got home from a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, an incredible view (we think the best in Combe Martin!). The house is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We absolutely loved our trip and we were really sad leaving this morning. Will definitely be back! Thank you! Xx

Second visit and just as great as the first.
Absolutely lovely. A very easy house to live in with everything our group needed. The balcony view is wonderful. There is a challenging hill from beach to house which was hard for me on our first visit, but this time, thanks to a knee replacement I was up and down and in the rock pools with my grandchildren.

That view !
It is on a very steep hill and walking iup it is not for the elderly and as for driving you need to make sure your clutch is in good order!.Having said that the property is spotless ,very well equipped ,spacious with stunning views .Decor is a little dated and beige and brown .Could do with some colour and updating but we had a fab week .

Lovely place and a view to die for
Good property it’s uphill so you need to be mobile. Nice little town/village great cafe for breakfast and farm shop selling fantastic cheese and meat. Choice of pubs. Definitely one I would recommend.

A great house in a fantastic spot. 2 minutes walk to the beach where there were rock pools, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Some good cafes and shops for the basics. An excellent place for a family holiday

An easy to live in holiday home
Set above Combe Martin Bay the property is absolutely ideal. The walk to the beach is about 300 yards but very very steep so anyone with mobility problems may struggle. My family raced up and down but I am waiting for a knee replacement and was definitely challenged, but did manage it several times. The bungalow is furnished comfortably but not luxuriously and a back bedroom ceiling showed small signs of a past leak. All equipment needed for cooking etc was provided. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly consider returning

It’s all about the view!!
Great bungalow with excellent open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and great bathrooms but bedrooms and general soft furnishings a bit tired. However the view of the coast from longe/balcony is amazing!
