“The property met all our needs. It was a very spacious home. Alot of room to spread out with having two sitting areas and having a breakfast nook off the kitchen was great. The location was great! It is centrally located for shopping and in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to see people leisurely taking walks in the morning and early evening hours. If you have physical mobility issues, it may not be a good fit due to stairs to get to bedrooms.”

“Great apartment - I will return. Access was easy. The basement unit was very recently renovated and is immaculate, well-lit, and nicely decorated. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Bathroom is roomy and all new. Great shower even with the lower ceiling. Living room - open to the kitchen - is comfortable. I found the bed very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Very happy I found this!”

“Very clean place in a quiet neighborhood. Very accommodating and generous hosts that provided ample supplies of coffee, snacks, water and even a bottle of wine! Many of the accommodations are new and the bedrooms were very spacious.”

“I didn't stay at the rental, I never went to Colorado. I called your customer service line on Tuesday 07/09/2024 and I spoke to a representative. I'm requesting a full refund because I was expecting a house for myself without anyone else staying in the same unit. The VRBO ad displays "Only whole homes. Only your people. Always get the whole place to yourself". Tuesday 07/09/2024 the host Carlos Paiz sent me a message telling me not to park in the driveway and instructed me to park on the street……
