Best backyard in Denver

This is my home that I rent out when I travel. 2500 sq' house in a lovely, safe, planned 330 home community with pool, tennis/pickleball courts, walking paths, playgrounds and greenbelts. Upscale home is 12 min walk to light rail and 5 min to bus routes. Restaurants and markets are all around. 25 min to airport, 25 min to downtown, 20 min to Cherry Creek shopping/nightlife area. Also Cherry Creek State Park, CC Trail, and Highline Canal trail are 5 min way. (License # 200409). 5 minutes to I-225.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and a perfect fit for the five of us. The house was well maintained, we enjoyed the spacious rooms. The decor was lovely. The outside areas were also beautiful and we enjoyed being outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt like an intruder

House was clean, but obvious the owner moved out for the week: no drawers available, closets full of clothes, bathroom drawers full of personal items (he needs to clean out and reorganize!). The refrigerator was completely full except for 1 shelf! There were perishable foods partially used. The ice maker worked 2 days then quit. The trash drawer was empty, but recycling bin in kitchen full of beer cans etc. We even found a half full beer can under a bathroom sink! It was just a very strange arrangement, not what i was expecting at all. Thankfully we were gone every day to a softball tournament and not there much. Also pictures of bedrooms are not what we found. Please clean out your refrigerator for guests if nothing else

Great Deck and Great Hospitality

We stayed at Mike’s house with 5 adults. We spent most of our time on his amazing deck as the weather was perfect and the space is great. The house allows for several good conversation areas as the kitchen is open and spacious. One of Mike’s neighbors asked how our stay was going and even offered us propane or anything else we needed. There is a very good CD collection that we were able to enjoy as well. Our family loved our stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing stay in CO!

Suburban Family Home

As described in the listing, this is a family’s home. We didn’t mind, as they left plenty of space in the fridge and provided really clear explanations on how the tv, lights and AC worked. We enjoyed the park out back and shady decks for lounging. Location worked well for us, too, midway between the airport and University of Denver.

Very comfortable. Good location for Denver area!

We really appreciated this home. It is extremely comfortable with beautiful decks and backyard. We gathered with our sons who live in Denver and Boulder and access was easy for both. We also had daily gatherings and family meals together and all felt very comfortable. A welcoming space and very relaxing. Mike is also very easy to communicate with if needed.

Nice house

This house was good for our recent trip for our granddaughters high school graduation. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable. Needed more dishes especially coffee cups (could only find two). All in all a nice place to stay.
