When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!”

“The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!”

“I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed ”
