However, when we checked in and provided the related documents, the staff of the reception suddenly told us we had actually booked another hotel of the group. She claimed that the names and addresses of the hotels are the same. As we had taken a long flight and had been exhausted, we didn't argue with the staff and let her bring us to the 'real' hotel. Afterwards, we realized that the 'real' hotel is called Athenaeum Palace & Luxury Suites and is located at the opposite road. This is the most ridiculous travelling experience we have ever encountered.
