“There won't be enough spaces for me to type how I feel. I had ZERO communication from the owner until we left. I had to sit in the cold for an hour trying to reach VRBO to gain access to the space. They wouldn't respond to VRBO either. AFTER I had to leave the keys in the space rather than the lockbox (because they never communicated to me) they then messaged me 3 times questioning why I did that. I told them they had never reached out to me once and their comment was it was a "bank……

“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“Perfect quiet flat in the heart of the town with restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Unbeatable location near the train and start of the West Highland Way trail. Would highly recommend- 10/10! ”
