But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training ”

“It’s a cute older/rustic property, located in a historic area. The Staff was very friendly, but because it doesn’t have window screens, our room was filled with mosquitoes, and our bed had dead mosquitoes on top of the cover. It looked like they had just recently sprayed. ”

“Extremely clean hotel and it is quite old so was surprised how well they keep it up. The staff were very accommodating for our wants and needs. Breakfast was your typical South American breakfast but was impressed with the quantity and quality. Again staff were great in the breakfast area. Comfy bed, good wifi. Very close to restaurants, historic area and beaches.”
