Park in driveway on far left pad, leave room so your door doesn't hit the shrubbery; enter through left gate with the big white anchor
When you are not here please remember to close the windows and be cognizant of the weather with HVAC AC and heat or AC use
Upon check out leave the key on the table and put towels and sheets in laundry basket in closet. Take trash to green can. Please sign the guest book!

Just right!

This is a lovely, very comfortable property in a quiet beachfront neighborhood! Susan is a welcoming host who has decorated and stocked the boathouse with care. We enjoyed being able to easily access the beach and the location was perfect for exploring around the Kitsap Peninsula. Highly recommend!

Amazing view and property

The boathouse is exactly as described and located on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. We had a great time visiting family in the area and looked forward to returning to our quiet boathouse each evening. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of personal touches made it homey and inviting. Location was great and we were able to visit several towns nearby.

Wonderful experience so well equipped.so much to see do and experience in surrounding area. Boat house decor raps its arms around you. We will be attempting to stay here again soon.

Lovely, Relaxing, Beach Retreat

This was my first time booking a stay through VRBO, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The studio apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our nearly three-week stay. The location—just steps from the beach—was perfect and made our time there incredibly relaxing.What truly stood out was the host’s hospitality. The location is perfect, close to the ferry and wonderful places to eat. The tide was out almost every morning we stayed! We will be suggesting this Vrbo to our family and friends as the best place to stay!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach was just a few steps away. Susan the host was very nice and attentive. We even met her cat Captain. Beautiful surroundings and close to Seattle. Highly recommend this place.
