The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Parking was easy to find and decent price. Staff were super friendly and helpful . They noticed at check in it was my birthday so received a couple of nice surprises. Definitely would stay here again.

Very comfortable and well-kept townhouse. Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was clear

Excellent for a business trip.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there
