“Hotel is great. Just be prepared for noisy people on holiday weekends.”

“The lobby and ballroom area look incredible. The area of the hotel where the rooms are is incredibly outdated. The bedroom door doesn’t properly close, and while the rooms are “updated” the feeling gives 2 star motel vibes. The plus side is the staff are very kind and helpful. There are plenty of other places to stay for the price.”

“Stunningly gorgeous Victorian decor. I only had one issue, we were in Lady Laura and the bed and headboard were squeaky when you moved.”

“Underaged drinking. Kids banging on our door until 430am! Called the front desk several times but the attendant did not do anything about the loud noise.”

“They have a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee maker nor ice machine . I thought they had a continental breakfast but they did not . ”

“so the hotel is kind of old and there were ants within our bedroom. However, the toilet bowl, the sink and the floor in the shower were very clean, which I was happy with. It does need some updating though. The towels did not smell very clean. they smelled like they were stored where there was food, cooking or something. The guy at the front desk was very helpful very kind and accommodating.”

“Parking was tight near the rooms. There was no change over room service. You get what you pay for but overall it was okay”

“Clean room, clean office, clean coffee room, clean swimming pool area, clean shaded area for relaxing. Everything was really nice. I would stay there again.”

“Office was closed. Took a long time for someone to check us in. Room was in disrepair. ”
