“So an ocean front room wasn’t exactly what I was expecting because the window opens out to where everybody walks past the door so I didn’t really keep the curtains open to even look at the ocean because there were always people walking by. Every day was greeted by the staff and making sure we had the things we needed in our room. “Well upon arrival was almost charged way over what was quoted. Beach tags not available when it says they are. No ice machine! Room had a slight smell and AIR CONDITIONER not working right. Also you have to go to another office to check in Sea Gem office not open and no one available at that property. But I will say that it is very close to beach and all in all had a wonderful time with my granddaughters. Would choose again now that I know the right way to do things at this property. Enjoy your……
