I arrived at 3:46pm on a Monday and was met with a line that had me waiting until 5:11pm to get to the front check in desk. Literally the worst check in experience ever.
Stayed in the coastal towers for a few days and my room was pretty spectacular. Very clean other than a little dust in the window and it smelled pretty phenomenal.
My phone was stolen on the casino floor my last night which really rattled me but the security team that was working Wednesday night was extremely helpful. One helped me look and another was insistent on taking what little information I was able to give at the time in case my phone was found. Thursday mornings security team however was the complete opposite. The little lady at the desk with the two cornrows literally could care less about me having my phone stolen. She was more concerned about getting back to her conversation that I apparently interrupted and the phone that was her hand. I informed the very nice woman at the checkout desk about what I experienced and she too at least showed me some empathy which was appreciated.
