Check-in girl needs to smile and be more welcoming. If there is a computer issue when checking in, don’t make the customer stand waiting- offer them to sit down- esp. if they are a bit older- coffee in the am was not ready when I arrived there at 9 am and the 14 dollar charge for continental breakfast is the same complimentary breakfast many hotels offer for free. I was charged a 50 dollar pet fee that is not refundable that I wasn’t told about on my reservation. However, most importantly the room and bed were clean and comfy! I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my regular travels.

Resort need to refund the money. It was not the room with the mountain view. But the view of the parking lot. We discussed it for over 2 hours . The sales manager promised refund.

Great location and great staff.
