No matter what season, North Conway, New Hampshire is an invitation for both fun and relaxation. Nestled within the White Mountains, Eagle Ridge is a beautiful private condo community with seasonal pool and tennis courts, cross country skiing, and a view that is like no other.

The Condo is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (see description below). Condo also includes full kitchen, living/dining area, private deck, and washer/dryer located in the condo The Master bedroom is a suite with walk in closet and private bathroom. This is a 2nd floor unit with updated flatscreen televisions (Living room and 2 bedrooms), Blu-Ray/DVD player, Cable TV, & WIFI.

Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2 with Queen Bed.
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 with Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Sleeps 4 with 2 sets of Bunks (twin beds)

The condo is seasonally air conditioned: Each of the 3 bedrooms has a 10,000 BTU portable air conditioning unit that vents to the outside. Each unit can cover 400 SQ FT of area. The Portable Air Conditioning model is Honeywell MN10CES. These units are stored in the condo and will be put in place for the summer months.

The White Mountains region of New Hampshire has it all. The condo is just minutes away from skiing, hiking, swimming areas, great dining, and of course... outlet shopping.

For the Kids: Story Land is just 12 minutes away. Sant'a Village and Clarks Trading Post are just 1 hour away.

For the Skier: Cranmore Mountain and Attitash are within 15 minutes of the condo. It's less then an hour to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Black Mountain. Slightly over an hour to ski at Sunday River, ME!

Great condo, great stay

This condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Great location between Storyland and North Conway. Beautiful views, great amenities (pool, tennis court). Would definitely come back for another relaxing week in the White Mountains!

Gorgeous view!!

We absolutely loved our stay! My children did not want to leave and loved waking up to the gorgeous mountain view. It definitely made for extra work having to bring sheets and towels but we enjoyed it otherwjse!!

Mountain Getaway

Great condo for a quick weekend getaway! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our traveling party and it was just the right size. The condo was spotless and the deck was wonderful!

Mountain Stay

The property is private and secluded with incredible mountain views. Perfectly located in the middle of North Conway and Jackson. 7 minutes to downtown North Conway, 15 minutes to Jackson. The property has everything you need and is very well kept. The pool is clean and just 2 minutes away. Highly recommended and can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Location and Amazing Views

This property was a wonderful place to stay for an extended weekend getaway with our two young children. From the very beginning, Mark was very communicative and informative. The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained. It also had pretty much everything we needed. It was located very close to Storyland plus many restaurants and stores in the area. To top it off, there was a large balcony with a beautiful view. We highly recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.

Nice condo with a beautiful view

The condo was great. Neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful. Our only issue is that we did not know that linens were not included so we had to make a quick trip to Wal-Mart. It was stated in one of the emails but I think it should be stated in the main description as most VRBOs include linens.

Perfect family vacation spot

Mark was so great to work with. He immediately responded to my message requests. The condo was beautiful and so wasn't our view of the mountains. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. Very quiet area, yet close enough to stores (market, Walmart, etc). We had such a great annual White Mountains family vacation, and we appreciate Mark sharing the condo with our family. We hope to be back again next year!

Amazing View, Comfort of Home

ant to start by saying that I was initially worried about the location so close to the woods, fearing it might have that damp, musty smell I've encountered in other North Conway rentals. Thankfully, those concerns were completely unfounded. The place was incredible—immaculately clean and wonderfully comfortable. One feature I really appreciated was not needing a physical key; I can't tell you how many keys I’ve lost over the years. The entry process was seamless. I also loved that each bedroom had phone chargers; it's such a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. Having both a coffee pot and a Keurig was a great bonus, and the washer and dryer made me wish I had new ones at home! The location was ideal, just a short distance from all the local attractions. Plus, the TVs were all smart TVs—just a reminder to log out before you leave! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were quite sturdy. Just a heads up: you will need to bring your own bedding and towels, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Parking is conveniently located right across from the condo entrance. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again! I didn’t need to reach out to the owner during my stay, but I’m sure he would have responded promptly if I had any questions. Thanks for the great stay. My kids and myself loved your place.

A perfect home away from home

Fall Foliage

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s condo. The views were spectacular from the deck. It is a quiet neighborhood and very private. The property had all the amenities of home and very comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication was great with prompt response to questions. The area provided much to do with shopping, good restaurants, and many opportunities to see the fall colors. We hope to return again with the family. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Paradise with stunning views!

This condo was a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or a busy one--your choice. Once you arrive though, you may never want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck. The view was beautiful and the chairs were high so the railing did not impede your view. (Would love to know where to purchase these chairs!) Upgraded inside with top-of-the line appliances, televisions, comfy couches, etc. Lots of storage. Just perfect. It wasn't a big deal at all to bring our own sheets and make the beds and bring our own towels. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect stay in the middle of everything

Our party of 3 adults and 1 child absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless and cozy. We were so close to everything we wanted to do (living shores aquarium, shopping in north conway, and swimming holes). The deck was also beautiful with comfortable chairs and an amazing view. Simply Amazing Place to Stay!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The views were stunning of Cathedral Ledge and White Horse Ledge right from the balcony. The entire process from check in to check out was almost too easy! Owner was very informative about the area and very prompt with answers to our many questions. We also enjoyed walking around the property and the pool. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

The perfect place to stay!

Inside, the condo was impeccably clean and well laid out. Communications with the owners was a breeze. The location was great. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but elevated just enough to feel away from it all. The pool was excellent. We were in it everyday. The highlight was the mountain view. We could have spent even more time just sitting there overlooking the mountains while having coffee in the morning or while gazing at the stars at night. We highly recommend this property. We will look to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic views

The condo was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The views from the deck are amazing. Host is very responsive. There is an a/c unit per bedroom which we loved for the toddler's midday nap time. The mountain breeze in the evening is quite effective at cooling down the entire condo with windows and doors open though. Love the area in general. Kids loved the large pool which is quite walkable from the condo. Would definitely try to book again another year.
