The studio, about 25 m² with its own entrance on the ground floor, is perfect for two. The bright living and sleeping area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the front garden. The equipped kitchen with dining area and sofa offers a lovely view of greenery. The sleeping area can be arranged as a double bed or two singles. Enjoy an idyllic seating area in the front garden. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker, and stove. Washing machine use is available on request. The bathroom has a window, shower, and toilet. Public parking is just around the corner. A friendly breakfast option is available nearby for an additional charge. At Palaemmerich Wein in Iphofen, enjoy shared amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, playground, garden, and uncovered terrace for relaxation and recreation. 1 parking space is available onsite.
