Staff were very helpful and accomodating to us, who do not speak Portuguese. They worked through the language barrier to the best of their ability. Breakfast was very convenient and delicious. One of the elevator buttons and the door to our bathroom either weren't very well maintained or broken, but not too difficult to work around. Some hard water residue in the shower.
