Iron Ridge Vacations from $525

We booked and paid for our entire stay through Expedia. Unfortunately, we arrived one day late (flight delays) and discovered that our full reservation had been cancelled, including the remaining nights we had already paid for (absolutley no refund given). We were forced to book and pay for those same nights again. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to help, issue a refund, or apply our original payment to the replacement booking. As a result, we paid twice for the exact same two nights. I understand losing the first night because we arrived late, but cancelling the entire prepaid reservation and reselling nights that were already paid for is completely unreasonable. The lack of support from both Expedia and the hotel made an already stressful situation significantly worse. This experience has made me very hesitant to book through Expedia again.

Great location to the Third District. Felt very safe. Had a little issue with our code working the elevator, but it was corrected. Parking was a little confusing at first, but was in a great location and felt very secured. We had a great time and will be back; wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The only other thing it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, since you are so close to the public market.

Love this hotel. Very clean and great staff and great amenities. Stay here whenever I come to Brookfield.
