Review for Tingum Village, Harbour Island My wife and I had a smooth and pleasant check-in at Tingum Village. We were given a wonderful room with a comfortable king-size bed, and it set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. This isn’t a 5-star hotel, but it delivered exactly what we were looking for: comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality. It felt like a true home away from home. My room was fine until the last night when plaster falling onto bed made us have to move. I asked for conditioner 5 times but never received. The staff was awesome as far as personality and hard work.

Overall, our stay was very good. We were welcomed with a fruit platter and champagne delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the rooms definitely need renovation. In our bathroom there was mold on the ceiling, and the walls in the room were dirty. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Despite the room issues, the atmosphere outside was wonderful and the staff were very friendly.
