To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those?
Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.

"Staff was cheerful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the room we reserved with the large patio overlooking the pool. Two recommendations….get rid of shag carpet under table and we did not have sufficient space for clothing….we could have used a dresser."
