Disliked: Staff & service
The manager of the Transit Hotel refused to honor my reservation even though I showed him the confirmation and receipt that Experdia sent to my email account. He did not refund the payment, either. Instead, he sent me into the streets of Isiolo, carrying my luggage, to find another hotel.
