“Very nice staff”

“What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. My friend chose a newer air-conditioned room, which was really lovely. We met travelers from all over and we’re having breakfast with them by……

“Avoid Room # 402 at all costs. This room has a major odor problem in the bathroom and should not be rented to anyone in this condition. The smell of sewage rises through a drain cover on the bathroom floor. We identified the problem from day one, but no serious attempt was made to correct it. After a few days, they covered the drain cover, but this did not fix the problem. The woman who is mostly at the front desk during the day had a very defensive attitude about this problem. She pretended not……

“Nice location away (but not too far away) from Bocas Town. Owners were very friendly and accommodating with water taxis. A member of our family, who is celiac, had no issues. Beware of the little biting flies - they are everywhere in this area.”

“We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The pool, beach and zipline are all worthwhile experiences. The hotel staff will help you reserve……
