This was unique since I never actually talked to anyone. But they had my reservation and style of room waiting for me. So it's all good.

Our stay at Harrah's Hotel and Casino i LasVegas was awesome!! The room was big and spacious. It was so convenient to walk the Las Vegas Strip from there. The Casino was awesome. And all the stores and restaurants inside were just as awesome.

Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

The location is perfect and it’s the only perfect thing about the hotel. Dirty windows in my room ruined the view of the Eiffel Tower. Hot water was always an issue. They have some kind of schedule for hot water, I wonder? I was lucky to catch this “hot-water-is-on” time only twice in 5 days. Also, an electronic tray with drinks and snacks in our room didn’t contain any instructions, so for such an inexperienced tourist like me it was confusing. I didn’t expect to be charged for even picking up a snack from the tray and putting it back and unplugging it. Another outrageous thing was this “Resort fee”. Why do I have to pay for services that I don’t use or even asked for? For example, WiFi service in the room was not optional, you will have to pay for it whether you use it or not. Cleanness of the room is yet another problem. Although trash was taken out almost every day and clean towels were provided every other day, I bet the room has not received a deep clean for at least a year or two. You could see a thick layer of dust on every piece of furniture in the room. Don’t even get me started on curtains (I believe they were originally white and not dusty-grey as now), they desperately need washing.
