That would be enough for the review but Drake Bay Getaway went much further to ensure we had a wonderful stay: Dylan went out of his way to help us resolve some travel mishaps, Lily made some of the best food we had in Costa Rica, and the whole staff did so in the midst hospitable ways. We will definitely return! Thank you! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We were up in one of the rooms on the hill which had amazing views of the bay as well as great opportunities for birdwatching. The room itself was super clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great proximity to the nature trail as well! We would stay again for sure."

"An outstanding property; one of the best I have ever stayed at. The views are incredible, rooms are well kept and bar and restaurant are open 6a-10p. But you do need 4wd to get up the mountain on a rough road to it (faster is better) and the food is very healthy and may not be enough for everyone, but is delicious. Staff become family quickly. We'll be back."

"I can't say enough nice things about our stay here It's a beautiful, adults only hotel It feels like you're staying at a friends house if your friend has a beautiful mansion The staff however were what made the stay so great We loved Roxy, Jose, and Francisco We would stay again just to have them taking care of us Great food that seemed pricy until you go out to eat then we found it was actually the best choice to eat there Great breakfast included Beautiful pool with beautiful views Also a great place to see whales and wildlife "
