I absolutely loved this property. It’s very small and quaint but the views of the volcano are amazing. I love the bathtub with the window looking at the volcano. The dirt road to drive there is a little sketchy being that I’m a woman by myself and did not have a four-wheel-drive, but I made it. There’s no food on the property, but there is a resort next-door that I walked to and it was great. It is advisable to get food or drinks on your way to the hotel, there isn’t much within a 20 minute or so drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Namú Garden Hotel & Spa is a beautiful property perfectly located just a five-minute walk from Black Beach and close to the downtown Puerto Viejo shopping area. It’s also conveniently near several charming coastal towns. The grounds are exactly as pictured on the website….lush, tropical, and very well maintained. The food was very good, and overall the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly, special thanks to Sophia and Pamela for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay. They also helped us easily book all of our excursions. However, one staff member, Jordy, did seem a bit aggravated and dismissive at times, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise warm hospitality. If I could offer a few suggestions for improvement, it would be to add air conditioning units to the living areas in the villas or Nimu House, as only the bedrooms have them. The bedroom pillows were very firm, so if you have neck issues, you might want to bring your own. The living room furniture only seats two and isn’t very comfortable, which makes watching TV (there isn’t one in the bedrooms) a bit difficult. The patio furniture, while stylish, could also be more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel does not offer assistance with luggage to or from the units, which can be challenging depending on where your room is located. All in all, Namú Garden Hotel & Spa is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, with a great location and plenty of charm

This place is an amazing hidden gem in Manuel Antonio! It is a perfect stay for anyone looking for unique, chic, extremely clean but simple! Wonderful modern amenities including air condition and a TV but with such beautiful scenery you likely won’t even turn it on, all within this quaint B&B! The staff was kind, communicative and extremely helpful. The food at Ronny’s place restaurant was delicious! Highly recommend for a single or couple looking to experience the views and quaintness of Manuel Antonio.
