“Second stay here - returning after a previous visit in 2018. The same 3-bed room is as impeccable as before (with one new decorative item), but most importantly the helpful staff is a newly-discovered plus: accidentally left behind a bottle of whisky in the room and I was already in another town once I noticed that, then after contacting the hotel everything's sorted out at once and a few days later the bottle arrived safely in very proper packaging (done better than what I usually do for……

“Clean and fresh room with great services. They had a fan in the room which is uncommon but soo needed on the warm days! Highly recommend booking a room if you're in the area!”

“My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights). “Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants……
