Newly renovated one bedroom oceanfront condo on the third floor that surrounds you with breezy sea blues and crisp white accents. Private balcony with stunning ocean views and new comfortable outdoor seating! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, granite counter tops, and a decorative back splash. 37" wall mounted flat-screen cable TV with DVD player in living room and 26" flat-screen with DVD player in bedroom. Sea Cabin Community Wireless Internet available at no charge. Access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facility. Direct beach access at end of building, close to stairs. 490 square feet. Linens included. No Smoking. No Pets.
