"Lovely hotel in the city centre. Close to everything "

"We spent three months in Taranto and the stay was excellent: air conditioning for hot days and heating for cold days, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, smart television, internet... in addition to everything necessary assistance for life in Taranto. We felt at home!"

"Breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the sea was memorable. However it was on the third floor with no lift. No good for anyone with mobility issues. The staff were friendly. The apartments were also up narrow stairs, but we're modern with good facilities. Don't be put off by the appearance of the rest of the street. The location was excellent. Close to the castle, old town and museums. Enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice and clean apartment on old town in Taranto. Ideal base for exploring Apulia, with excellent transport connections. Very friendly and helpful host. Kitchen facilities and wi-fi access. Shops and cafés very close by. "

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues...

"Great location and fabulous views. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff is the best!"
