Staff is very nice, but there was no blanket in the room, I didn't sleep all the night. No hot water, heating device doesn't work properly , so I didn't take a shower in the morning.

Otel yatakları kirliydi. Odada sigara içilmiş ve kokusu çıkmamıştı. Oda anahtarı verilmedi ve kapıyı arkadan kilitleyebileceğimiz söylendi. Rezervasyon yaptırmanın da bir işe yaramadığını resepsiyonda duran kişinin durumdan habersiz olmasından anladık. Tuvalette klozet kapağı tam açılmıyordu. Profesyonel otelcilikten ziyade boş bulunan birkaç kat otele çevrilmiş gibiydi. Fiyat ise böyle bir durumdaki otel için gayet yüksekti

Remove this hotel from your search engine

When I arrive by taxi the guy at the entrance told me that I didn't have a reservation. When I showed him the reservarion on my phone and on paper he changed the story and said that the hotel was closed. There I was in an unfamiliar place looking for a place to stay. I walked 1 kilometer until I found a hotel with vacant rooms.
