Nice hotel near the water side. Very close to the shuttle terminal to and from Istanbul airport so it’s a good location if you want easy and cheap way to get to this hotel and back without paying for a taxi
Really had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, great Turkish breakfast, the rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, quiet at night. Very happy and would stay there again if in Istanbul.
Friendly staff
Close to the tourist areas
Disappointed with the sea view on the 2nd floor that I paid extra for
We could barely see it plus room was quite small in comparison to the room without sea view
But we enjoyed our stay there
The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, it is well maintained and good value for the money. I was grateful for their staff, when I informed them that we missed our connecting flight to Istanbul and we were going to miss our scheduled stay at their hotel, they graciously changed our reservation and accommodate us for a stay a day later than expected. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Istanbul.
The hotel is located within a short walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Topkapi Palace. I even walked to the Grand Bazaar in about twenty minutes. There are several restaurants very close by. The front desk staff Omer and Efe were extremely helpful and gave us useful information about tours etc. The breakfast provided was good and the kitchen staff was also accommodating. Finally, the room was reasonably sized and was clean and comfortable. Overall great value.
The staff was wonderful. They provided excellent ideas to visit historic places. We could not visit all the places and will visit the places missed when we visit again.
We will also book a room with better views on our next visit.
Great and helpful staff,Ismael helped us with changing our room, finding activities and anything we asked about he was ready to help.
Great little hotel with great location and very friendly staff and the location close to everything!
Liked the balcony with view. Mold in shower and could use a dusting. Breakfast minimal, ok. Doesn't care for cats and discourages feeding. TV didn't work. A/C unsatisfactory, glad it was cooler outside.
The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained, it was also very well-located. The room we had stayed was very nice with a balcony. Breakfast was included and it was perfect, the staff were very helpful. I totally recommend the hotel.
Staff was very helpful. Beds were fine and breakfast was good. The location was also good. The only complaint was that the towels were worn and skimpy and not replaced daily.
