We had a great stay last night. Everything was amazing — the hotel was very clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, very close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Highly recommended!

The room in itself was amazing and the staff as well was super nice , but the food in the grill restaurant was really , to be honest both tasteless and not worth the visit.

During my two night stay i experienced friendly staff, clean room - however witihin 24 hours after check out i had stomach issues which ended up e-coli. All i can think of is my 30 minutes at gym and using the gyms’s water fountain and having a soup and salad at the bar. So stay if you are ok not to go to gym and not eat at the premises.

Amazing service and staff. Quick check-in and the nicest front desk staff ever. Very happy with room, food and spa. Special mention to Yakup Yetisen, who gave us a 5 star service since the beginning, and extremely professional, representing great values and making us feel special since our check in

I had a wonderful stay stay here. The hotel staff went out above and beyond with acts of kindness to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible for me because I am traveling for medical reasons. I always know that booking a Radisson hotel is a safe bet, but this one is definitely the most attentive one I have stayed at. I highly recommend staying here for a layover or a relaxing break, the hotel has large grounds with many recreational amenities for hotel guests to enjoy, it is also only 5 minutes from SAW airport. Thank you! I will certainly return. 🙏

Such an amazing weekend!

We stayed at a suite-room with its own garden and pool and it was one of the best hotel rooms I ever had. Our 2,5 year old toddler swam freely and joyfully and we were able to spend quality time with him without worrying about him running off. We ordered room service and it was excellent. The one thing we would enjoy a little more would be some additional dining options. Also, a playground in the garden would be amazing.

Great room service food, too warm rooms at night.

Unexpectedly great quality of room service food. We were expecting a standard level when we ordered room service but it was absolutely great. We had manti, chicken salad sezar, meat soup and gavurdagi salad. All of them were great. The only negative comment was that the room was excessively warm, making a comfortable sleep difficult. I tried to set the airco at the lowest possible temperature but it was still uncomfortably warm.

Expensive. Noisy and bad management

Very much aged hotel. Nearly all windows do not close properly. Noisy and cold from outside. Final room was good but lower category than booked. First room wasn’t clean and the soap dispenser were fallen off. Toilet wasn’t clean as well! Compensation (I had to ask for!!!) offered, was reticules. The hotel manager doesn’t to care of the customer needs and he even doesn’t want to talk to them. Very disappointing approach and stay. The rest of the local team was doing great.
