A wonderful hotel, amazing staff, I used to book in this hotel last three years several times per year

( ) The location of the hotel is perfect. ( ) Very clean. ( ) Cooperative and welcoming staffs. (-) It's an old property where we cannot consider it a 5-stars hotel anymore. Within the same price, one could get better deals however the location remains to be the best. (-) My luggage arrived room with a broken hand. Submitted a complaint at the reception but didn't hear back.
