Zeyn Hotel is a very good place to stay while visiting Istanbul. The staff cares about guest, management is friendly and the neighbourhood is fantastic. We really enjoyed it and I can recommend it to all friends and family.

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen und bekamen viele Infos über Sehenswürdigkeiten und einen Stadtplan. Was immer wir brauchten, konnten wir an der Rezeption (24/7) bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit Liebe zubereitet, das Zimmer immer sauber. Das einzige Manko, wenn man es so nennen kann, war die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Für einen Städtetrip aber kein Problem. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Upon arrival, a staff member took the time to thoughtfully brief us on must-see attractions, local customs, fair pricing, and helpful tips—something we've never experienced elsewhere. The hotel’s location is ideal, nestled in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to major tourist sites, the Grand Bazaar, and a vibrant array of shops. My friend and I came to Istanbul for a few days. It was just what we needed for our first time here. The area around the hotel is very cozy and tranquil. I recommend just roaming around the streets and seeing what you find. It’s also very close to the square and other famous attractions. The staff is phenomenal and gave us an intro to the city, dos and dont’s, and many places to shop, eat, etc. They also gave us water, coffee, and had a free breakfast each morning. The room itself was very cozy, comfty beds, and had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful holiday in Istanbul

Our stay at the hotel lasted 3 days (2+1). We mistakenly purchased a room for the wrong date, thanks to the hotel manager named Selcuk, the date was changed immediately after our call. The room was clean, the breakfast was varied for such a small hotel, towels were clean and changed every day, there was always hot water. Everything in the room was in good condition. Good and comfortable bed. At the reception, Aslan offered a map with a guide to the best sights of Istanbul. He knew Russian! At the reception we were offered free tea, coffee and water every day of our stay. Upon arrival we were given small sweets and souvenirs. Aslan helped us move to another room after 2 nights. This room was very spacious and overlooked the Bosphorus. Thanks to the hotel staff Selcuk and Aslan for their wonderful attitude and solution to all our questions. If we come to Istanbul again, we will return to this small but cozy hotel.

Great hotel in "old" Istanbul!!!

From the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff at this hotel was fantastic! When we checked in, Tural and Selcuk made us feel very welcome and throughout our stay, they were always available to help with advice where to go, how to get there and anything else we needed. The breakfast spread was great! And nice to have local items to taste! The location was also really convenient to many of the major attractions to see in Istanbul, that we walked almost everywhere! The local restaurants were a treat and the staff at these establishments were also very friendly and welcoming. This is a hotel that we have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
