The hotel was very comfortable. Fridge in the room, free bottles of water every day and a decent size room.
I was room only so can't comment on the breakfast quality. I also didn't use the spa.
The main downside is that the hotel is located in a bit of a dead zone as far as public transport is concerned. It's a good few minutes walk to a bus stop or metro.
