The location was ideal within walking distance of local sites. The staff was great, very helpful and always acknowledged you when you left or entered. Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good with many options. House keeping was horrible. I requested housekeeping to clean my room and change the sheets. I even left money for the housekeeper. When I got back to my room they had given me new towels , changed the sheets and changed the trash. The never cleaned the bathroom, the shower door was still spotty with soap. The bathroom sink still had my tooth paste in it snd they never cleaned the toilet. They didn’t sweep and when they changed the trash they left a wrapper that was on the floor which proved they hadn’t swept. That would be my only complaint, when I first got there I did clean myself because the table in the room was a little sticky.

Excellent hotel. Areas are showing age. Corridor carpets need cleaning/repair. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say about the hotel and staff. Two minor suggestions for improvement…check/fix the WiFi…it was on/off during our stay. We also would have like a mirror that magnified at 10x or more.
