The property is conveniently located near 3 different train stations, including Tokyo Station. We reserved the Deluxe Double Room, Non Smoking and everything was clean. However, the facility was old and worn down. Our couch fabric was torn, the carpet was tattered, and the bathroom was dull and faded with a jiggly faucet. Despite the minor appearance flaws, we had a nice stay.

Staff was really nice and helpful. It is located close to subway station. Room is spacious comparing to regular hotel room in Japanese but a little smaller for three people family with 3 large luggages.
