"The beds were too soft, several rude staff, not very imformative, coffee was not good even though it said it was Starbucks, and cost more than Starbucks, asked for a manager and never heard back!"

"Everything was adeqate. We only stayed 2 nights. We ate out, so didn't use the kitchen except the refrigerator. We did ask for early check in but got in around 2:00, which is 2 hours early. 4:00pm check in time is later than most places we stay in. We didn't use the pool. Very nicely located around restaurants, shopping and Frontwave arena. Approx 5 miles down the road from the beach"

"We really enjoyed our large room with a king size bed. Bathroom was perfect with a bathtub and a separate toilet. We had an amazing dinner and we’ll be back."

There was a big hairball in the toilet after opening the clean seal, after about 5 minutes of my infant crawling around the floor her arms and legs were extremely black from the dirty floor. We asked to get the floors mopped again and she still had black markings all over. They need to be steam cleaned. On The couch pull out bed you can feel every spring, don’t recommend. The staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful! Parking was rough, we often came back and had to park...

"They do not do housekeeping and found some insects in the room. Nothing major, but I would have appreciated it if they had done housekeeping. In the middle of nowhere, with no good coffee shops nearby."
