The best thing about this property is the staff. They were very kind and friendly, as well as very helpful. I connected with about 5 staff and only 1 did not fit this description. The front lobby area is beautiful and modern. However, the pools left much to be desired. The outdoor pool was open but the water was very cloudy. The indoor pool was under construction and looked rough. There was also a hot tub that looked dated. The rooms were clean and nice. However, lighting was terrible. Also, there were several areas that were patched up, making the room look rundown. The most frustrating part is I repeatedly tried to work with Expedia and the property to check out early and get a credit for the night I wasn’t staying. However, I had to go through several hoops and didn’t get that issue resolved. That was very frustrating. The property has great easy, free parking. It’s also close to several shops and restaurants. Target, Starbucks and Chipotle are walking distance, along with some other local restaurants. Overall it was a nice property. I give it 3 stars due to the condition with patched up stuff.

It was a lovely property. Everyone was pleasant from Valet, front desk and housekeeping. Will stay again.
